The formal group and informal group constitutes the basis of human relations in the classroom in school.Informal group once formed exist in formal organizations of class objectively.It is an important factor to affect the harmonious development of the class and individual growth healthily.First of all,it have an important effect to the spirit construction of class and school,and to improve the quality of education.Secondly,it plays an important role in the society in the process of junior middle school student.It affect middle school students’ values,outlook on life,habits,learning attitude,ways to interact with others and so on.How to guide informal group correctly and effectively and make it develop healthily and stably are important topic to educators especially to the headmaster in class management.This paper selects 37 students as the object of investigation and study on the spot,which from class 1 grade eight of S middle school of Shihezi city,Xinjiang.Moreno’s Sociomery Method have proved the present situation of informal groups and members of the informal group interaction model and interpersonal communication. In the study,it use interview method and observation method to understand the status of informal groups,and do a deep analysis on the characteristics,the type,the cause of formation and influence of the informal groups.There were several problems in the informal groups.Groups:1.The informal groups and formal groups have conflicts easily,which effect the solidarity of class.2.There is strong cohesion among the informal group,which weaken cohesion of class.Individual:1.Friendship is important to informal group members,and their behavior lace rational guidance.2.It influenced the mental health of informal group members,as they were not had equal position in the group.With the purpose of development healthily of individuals in group and informal group,there will give some suggests on individuals and groups,groups:1.understand informal groups accurately;2.to strengthen the cohesive force of formal groups and use the informal groups to consolidate the formal groups;3.Create situations to carry out variety activities to enhance the collective sense of honor.Individual:1.The core character of informal groups management strategy,Firstly, the positive guidance to move closer to the formal group;Second, to encourage him to play his own advantages;Third, make the core characters play catfish effect in the class.2. The general individual of informal groups’ management strategies,First,the central character’s influence promote individual development;Second, adjust the class seat arrangement;Third, encourage the students communication healthily and dilute the concept of groups.Previous studies tend to focus on the core characters of the informal groups and groups itself, less concerned about the development of individuals.In this study, through the investigation and analysis of the present situation of informal groups of S middle school in Shihezi City,Xinjiang,then from the point of view of groups and individuals development and analyzing the existing problems and then puts forward effective solutions.In order to provide effective reference for class management.
