The concept of effective teaching originates from the west in the first half of the 20th century. The concept accords with the demands made by contemporary education, thus drawing the attention of the experts and teachers working in this field. The present curriculum reform which are in vigorous progress makes a request that we should equip ourselves with the new theory. As far as I am concerned, the key to realizing the effectiveness of teaching is to carry out the theory, while the place to carry it out is in the classroom. As a result of the traditional knowledge-based influence and test-based influence, Chinese teaching doesn't improve much in efficiency though the reform is deepening. Based on the present situation of Chinese classroom teaching, this essay strives to solve the problem of inefficiency and disorder in classroom teaching. This essay also explores the content of teaching theory which is efficient. By absorbing the theory of effective teaching, the optimization of the teaching process as well as the soul of the theories made by experts from our country, we analyzed the factors which limit the efficiency in classroom teaching in some respects, such as teachers, students and the relationship between teachers and students and the preparations for class. Teachers take the lead in teaching. They have to improve their own qualities to make them qualified so that they can help contribute to realize the effectiveness of classroom teaching. Students serve as the principal part in class. The effectiveness of teaching can be realized on condition that the students can really get involved in class. The good relationship between teachers and students can promote the effectiveness, while full preparations can guarantee it. For only by doing so, the effect of teacher and students can be realized. Besides, combining my own teaching experience, I also explore the strategies of efficient teaching in many respects, such as the designing of the first 5 minutes, leading in, the efficiency of questioning, the speed of teaching, the use of multimedia, the summary at the end of the class. After analyzing the effective factors of restricting class teaching, the first 5 minutes in class is an intergradation, because designing a variety of trainings in Chinese is helpful for students to improve the listening and speaking ability. It is known that the inspiring leading-in process can hold the students'attention and interest. And a good class speed can make the class more effective and interesting. Then excellent questions can improve the teaching method of ask-and answer in class and can stimulate teachers to remember and grasp teaching process better. And then multimedia can also improve the teaching quality. At last conclusion at the end of the class is the soul which shows the teacher's wisdom. Only when we put all the teaching process into practice can we improve our present teaching and make our teaching activity more effective and more beneficial.
