Writing teaching as the importance and the difficulty of high school language teaching has always been focused on, but when implemented in specific concepts, teaching the old, rigid teaching methods, writing and other reasons it is difficult to guide a single way to achieve a breakthrough, coupled with an over-emphasis for the college entrance examination scores . Today's composition teaching comes more and more into a corner trend. Therefore, to explore the existence of the composition teaching errors and the corresponding solutions, hoping to provide a useful reference for teaching practice.First, the introduction describes the reasons for putting forward on the subject, theoretical basis and research significance. The second part of the combination of teaching practice and findings, teaching high school essay summed up the existence of four issues. 1. Recognized the lack of effective teaching materials and teaching methods, so that composition teaching tend to be disorderly;2. Too much emphasis on individuality leads to the weakening of instructor;3. Utilitarian thinking of the essay put into a sleeve;4.Ignore the importance of evaluations so that the students can not get personalized guidance. The third section presents the five strategies of writing teaching:1. Rigorous training lays a solid writing foundation;2. To encourage students to go deep into life and cultivate personal experience;3. To guide students to read in order to provide writing materials;4. Explore a variety of channels to stimulate students interest in writing;5. Optimization of evaluation methods for students to personalize an essay guide. The fourth part discusses the need to deal with a good high school teaching composition between the four groups,namely, the relationship between teachers and students, the relationship between reading instruction and the teaching of writing, the relationship between imitation and innovation, and the relationship between writing and examination.This article relies on the new curriculum reform ideas and theories of constructivist teaching theory of knowledge, using survey method, research method and case study method and other research methods, not only for the high school essay done a theoretical exposition of the teaching, but also from the teaching of specific operational level describing some of the more effective ways of implementation, hoping the other teachers can learn from the study.
