Content In Chinese teaching, the thesis teaching has an important position. With thedevelopment of The Times, the progress of the society, education needs reform, needinnovation, personalized thesis teaching concept arises at the historic moment. Individualizedcomposition advocate return to natural, reflect the student individuality characteristic and eracharacteristics, whose character is independent, authentic, innovation, health. Personalizedthesis teaching meet the needs of the junior middle school students psychologicaldevelopment, is necessary for the reform of examination composition, is the only way thelanguage discipline innovation.In this paper, on the basis of education predecessors research results for reference,combining with the junior high school composition teaching for lack of personality, theconnotation of the individualized composition of junior high school is discussed, the necessityof implementing individualized composition teaching in junior high school, and theimplementation of the individualized composition teaching of junior high school. The purposeof this article build a junior high school grade one of personalized writing sequence, presentsits main way is: pay attention to "put" junior high school in grade one, pay attention to the "deep" junior middle school second grade, pay attention to "gather" junior middle school threeyear, and in the junior middle school three grade to the composition practice project combinedwith examination questions. Another purpose of this paper is to study the junior middle schoolpersonalized thesis teaching way, by cultivating the students’ individual thinking ability,individuation, ability to see personalized language ability, and personalized style, enhance thelevel of junior middle school students writing and fostering independence in junior highschool students a sound personality.
