Yunnan University Analysis Of The Prospects For Cooperation With The Asean Science And Technology And Countermeasures

With the globalization of economy, the world economy shows the integration of the world economy and regional economic collectivization trend. The establishment of China-ASEAN free trade zone, the Middle-East area become the world's third-largest. As the "bridgehead" and "the forefront" to the ASEAN, Yunnan province-where at southwest China, has become a key to the western region of China to participate in the development of international economics. Scientific and technological cooperation has become the new development strategy for promoting economic development. Yunnan province, as one of the major provinces to cooperate with China-ASEAN FTA in China, with full cooperation of geography and culture, high similarity in geological structure and climate conditions, the natural resource structure similar isomorphism characteristics, the all become the advantages of science and technology to Yunnan province to cooperation with ASEAN. How to highlight Yunnan cooperation advantage in the cooperation between China and Asean in science and technology cooperation and to seek effective ways to cooperat field is the key for Yunnan province to play an important role well in the scientific and technological cooperation and push forward the bilateral technology.Firstly, based on analyzing the present development in Yunnan and Asean technology, combined with the strategic analysis tools and methods, analysic the development of Yunnan Asean technology cooperation in globalization, combinde with the characteristics of super competition environment, its effects to scientific and technological cooperation. the survival and development of sustainable development for technological cooperation under the Ultra competitive environment, which put forward a new strategy in the corresponding changes to the external environment, and adequately,flexible,positive transfer resource to be the development of comparative advantage, more important is to development the cooperation-competition strategy.Secondly, using analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and combined with survey data which is based on the project "research on Yunnan-Asean science and technology cooperation" to analysis, through a series of impact factors such as the technological cooperation inosculation R&D capability,resources, constructing a model to analysis the appropriate partner. And then according to the analysis of the model to get the development strategy lately.Finally, the paper, analysis from the Angle of strategy, combined with the ultra competitive combination exchange theory, super state of competition,AHP analysis and on the basis of analysis of the data,get the suggestions and countermeasures for the development of Yunnan Asean technology cooperation, and the strategic countermeasures for the related countermeasure under the refined, Yunnan university cooperation in science and technology with Asean and constructing the green channel and cooperation, promote the development of science and technology cooperation platform.
