Mode Of Higher Education Park Campus Culture And Urban Cultural Interaction Studies

Since 1999, in order to develop higher education, many provinces and cities in our country make full use of various social resources and build Higher Education Park or University City one by one in the background of implementing the strategy of rejuvenating the country, advancing the knowledge innovation system, speeding up urbanization, developing higher education on the large scale. Higher Education Park makes millions of students realize their college dream, but because of scarce urban land resources and cost constraints, Higher Education Park is built in the border of the city, which is a certain distance from the main city. What's worse, in the Higher Education Park the function of the city doesn't develop well. All these make it hard for university campus culture to get the infiltration and nourishment of urban culture. "Cultural weaning" or "cultural island" phenomenon appears in the university campus in varying degrees, which has virtually made socialization process of the students within the Higher Education Park slow down,affected the improvement of students' overall quality, limited culture function on educating students, and to a certain extent, affected the healthy development of higher education. On the other hand, with the continuous increase in the level of urbanization, urban development is facing dual constraints from resources and environment and economic reconstruction and upgrade is imperative. The city's competition power increasingly depends on the culture of the city. However, away from the city, the university culture's radiation on the city's culture is becoming weak. The study on how to promote their integration, interaction and promote the harmonious and healthy development is especially necessary.Based on this, I choose "the study on the interaction between university campus culture in the mode of Higher Education Park and urban culture" as the title of the paper. The paper deals with the general theory about university campus culture and urban culture, namely their characteristics, their interactive history and their relationship. On the basis of the general theory, taking Xiasha Higher Education Park's lively practice as an example, using questionniare investigation quantitative and qualitative research methods, the paper makes an in-depth analysis of the problems about the interaction between university campus culture and urban culture in the mode of Higher Education Park, such as the awareness of the interaction is not enough; the nourishment between each other is insufficient; Higher Education Park closed the gate; teachers and students lack the ability to promote the interactive development; interactive platform and interaction mechanisms are imperfect. Therefore learning from the foreign experiences in running schools in the concept of openness and cooperation, in integrating deeply between campus culture and urban culture, in students' corporation activities and interactive institutionalization, I proposes a basic concept "urban complex", trying to make the Higher Education Park become a university city with the function of "university" and "city". At the same time I propose the following specific measures:in ideology, creating idological basis about the positive interaction between the two; in the interactive main body, the step of university campus culture construction should be sped up and city's function in the Higher Education Park should be improved; in the function of the government, the government should play an important part in planning the city's construction; in interactive mechanism, producing-learning-studying mechanism, guarantee mechanism and training talents together mechanism should be built or be made perfect; in interactive platform, an interactive platform "four circles linked" society complex should be set up. The study on the interaction between university campus culture in the mode of Higher Education Park and urban culture is not only a good reference to scientific development of university campus culture and the function of Higher Education Park but also of practical significance to the prosperity of urban culture and upgrade of urban quality.
