With the development of the history and the progress of the times, society demands on talent increasingly and urgently, especially demands responsibility for young college students. As the thought-actively, innovative group with high-intelligence, college students are playing great role on promoting social progress and historical development. Marx said: "The spirit of the times is the spirit of youth; The character of the times is the character of youth." At present, the responsibility awareness of college students causes general concern, and responsibility education is increasingly becoming an important issue, so the education experts and scholars have been paid extensive attention and studied deeply. Basing on the data gathered from the responsibility educate questionnaire .This article researches and discusses the issue of college students'responsibility education.The first chapter provided the external and internal demands of the responsibility, gave the definition of responsibility, and basing on the psychology formation mechanism of responsibility, rationalize the logical relationship of many concepts associated with responsibility, and finally summed up the meaning , characteristics , and significance of responsibility education.Chapter two summarized college students'responsibility awareness and their understanding about responsibility of education . Although the mainstream of college students'responsibility awareness is commendable, it is undeniable that there are still some structural and individual issues, which are worthy concerning and studying. Meanwhile, the college students'awareness of responsibility education need to be further improved.The third chapter discusses the main problems of responsibility education and the main reasons. Basing on the data in chapter two, we learn that there are some issues need to be solved about responsibility education. Tracing the source of these issues, it is due to environmental factors, rule factors, practice factors, subject factors and institutional factors.Chapter Four propose two suggestion: constructing effective education system, and Building comprehensive education system。The first ,suggestion includes subject education, practical education, daily-life education, playing educational activities in law, learning experience from foreign educational; and the later is about how to build comprehensive education system on family, school, community, and media . Finally, the article propose to establish the internal management mechanism and the external control mechanism Of responsibility of education.
