Research On Judicial Social Workers Servingin Community Correction Under Social Interaction Theory

Community correction originated from western coutries as a new way of penalty community correction system has been mature in som developed countries.This system entered china in the early 21 st century and popularized gradually.After decades of explorationt,Shanghai formed the unique "four one" mode of community correction gradually.This mode inclueds policemen,office of justice workers,social workers,and volunteers.It has achieved a little result in unifying publishement and education.However,the current community correction system still has a series of problems,especially social workers' problem,they can't realize their value well.Through the practice ecperience about community correction work in Shanghai H area,the author has a deep research about Shanghai'scommunity correction.Now,the writer has grasped the basic way of Shanghai'scommunity correction and successful experience,analyzed the problems about it and put forward some countermeasure.The author endeavours to give some help to Shanghai's community correction.This paper uses qualitative research method,throughdeepinterivewswith16 H judicial social workers and 10 communitycorrectionobjectsinshanghai H area,theauthorrknows the threemanifeatationmodeof judicial social workers participating in community correction function,namely carrying out social work idea in community correction,changing the cognitive deviation behavior errorsofcommunity correction object.Connecting with the community correction center assessment,community correction object feedback and justice social worker self evaluation these three aspects,the author analyzes the function of judicial social workers in community correction.According to the theory of social interaction,the author participate in community correction function of justice social work play the action mechanism of thorough research,this paper analyzes the action logic of justice social worker,action mechanism and influencing factors.Specifically,judicial social workers play the action of action logic includes the policy basis,motive and action,the function mechanisms include restoring meaning,reconstruction operation and connecting resource three aspects,influencing factors are divided into two levels,the first is the judicial social workers and community correction object point of internal factors,the second is the social work agencies,volunteers,street judicial offices,social acceptance and policies of external factors.On the basis of this analysis,the author puts forward four advice on how to playing the role of judicial social workers in community correction better in the future,namely to strengthen the construction of judicial social workers team,give full play to the volunteer team strength,improve the system of community correction related aspects,and actively cultivate good social environment and policy environment.
