At present, our country has entered the consumer age, and college students is an important consumer group. In this consumer group, impoverished students account for a part of this. As a special group, poor college students have their own consumption characteristics and consumption concept. Research the problem of poor students'consumption,look into this special group's consumption conditions and living conditions, set up the correct value guide and science of consumption, and guide its correct rationally consumption has important significance. My paper based on the survey of capital normal university's impoverished college students, firstly analyze the poor college students present situation and consumptive error thrifty, discusses the psychological factors what influence the impoverished college students consumption ideas and its external factors for poor college students, at last propose ideological and political education countermeasures for that the impoverished college students can set up reasonable consumption.
