Questioning as a basic teaching skills of teachers, which directly affects the effectiveness of teaching.New Course Reform requires to develop the ability of students to discover problems and ask questions o Teachers play the role of models in the teaching; the level of the teacher ask students directly affect the level of the student.This paper learn from on the basis of other related article,by observation scale of the level of asking,analyzed the current level of classroom questioning of senior teachers.The memory problem is no longer the most.This paper reference scale of the level of question of other studies, though the types of problems, clarity of problems, waiting time, teacher feedback,analyze level of teacher questions in class.In the process of watching teaching video to record each problem and waiting time,evaluat the type of problem.clarity of problem,feedback of teacher in turn.Finally,statistic the result of record by excel.Due to the impact of individual subjectivity, the results will be different on clarity.So analyze correlation by SPSS. Analyze and statistic obtained the following results:The high—level problem is 51.94,this is more than low—level problem.But the number of comprehensive and evaluative problem is low. In the number of low-level problem,the comprehensive problem is more.Teacher's question is no longer recall simple knowledge,and focus on developing student's thinking.Although teachers give students time to think consciously,grasp the time badly,the waiting-time is shreter.The effectiveness of the feedback of teacher is low.The level of expression need to be improved.At last in the paper elaborate other issues in the process of watching taeching videos.
