The Influnce refers to the ability of a person who is possessed which can change the mentality and behavior of others. For the Learning and Teaching Situation, teachers are the dominant factor, the teacher influence is directly related to teaching quality. Therefore, it's time for us to research the teachers' influnce in the Secondary Vocational Schools, to grasp the chance to analyze the problems and find out effective ways to solve them. I think these tries will be helpful to promote the teaching skills in the Secondary Vocational Schools and to perfect teachers themselves.The article includes four parts:Ⅰ. prefaceThis part gives the background of the article. Analyzes the most recent researches at home and abroad, and lists the basic principles of my research.Ⅱ. Research FoundationThis part explains the meaning and the characters of teacher influence. Mainly includes the research primary coverage, the research mentality and the method this research rationale. This article is based on the theory of the Authority, questionnaires and interviews as the basic research methodsⅢ. Survey and summary for questionTaking A city H province as an example, the author investigate vocational teachers'influnce using a questionnaire survy and interviews. Then, it lists the problems of teachers' influnce in the secondary vocational school.The main conclusion is:Social value of diversity lead to the authority of teachers are threatened;In terms of Network and information technology, teachers lost their advantages;A small amount of unqualified teachers, seriously impairs their authority.Ⅳ.SuggestionsThis part gives three suggestions to improving the teachers'influnce:The re-orientation of Teachers, Reform and Update the Teaching Content and The Reconstruction of Teacher Authority.
