With economic development and the continuing reform of education system, the recruitment of college students has gradually become an important external channel for Enterprise Human Resources. In the job market, there is an information asymmetry between enterprises and college students. To gain the maximum benefit, college students who hold the information superiority might cause the absence of sincerity. College students'absence of sincerity will bring many negative risks for enterprises.In this article, to take the development of students'job market and research situation as the background; to hold the aim that preventing college students'absence of sincerity during the recruitment, decreasing the risks and negative effects which bring to enterprises and providing the effective theory for enterprises recruitment'efficiency. To take the information superiority of students'job market as the research point to make research on college students' behavior of sincerity absence.With the point of college students'behavior of sincerity absence during enterprises recruitment, using the literature surveys which take relevant important literature, research, theory, methods and results as reference. Using the actual survey which are questionnaire and with the assistant of face to face communications, to analyze the current situation and reason of college students'behavior of sincerity absence. Focus on the use of the game theory and asymmetric information theory in the information economics, to analyze the reason of college students'sincerity absence and the negative impact to enterprises.The introduction of the indifference curve to establish an interest-driven model during the analysis of information asymmetric, and the absence of sincerity leads to weakening of the signal, which is the innovation of this article.By using various methods to analyze college students'behavior to find the absence of sincerity is usual during recruitment's recruitment. There are many reasons in the absence of sincerity, which information asymmetric is one of the important reasons. Economically, the absence of sincerity is a rational choice, while it will bring many risks, such as the adverse selection risk and Moral Hazard, resulting in the increase of enterprises'labor costs, low efficiency of human resources distribution and the negative impact of increase the opportunity cost.Base on the above analysis and facts, to decrease and control college students'behavior of sincerity absence, with the clear objective to put forward the preventive measures of decreasing the information asymmetric; increasing the failure probability of the sincerity absence behavior; increasing the cost of the sincerity absence; decreasing college students' opportunity cost, re-application and grievance cost; building a honest society.
