In particular, with the development of our country, primary school moral education gets a science, more harmonious development. Especially in the suburban district, the contradiction between complex environmental and the current situations of moral education becomes even more serious, as a result , its development is not only the needs of the times, but also the school enterprises'development.This paper takes Dalian Wan as an example.
