Tai'an City Junior High School Co-operation Survey

The 21st century is the time of science and technology and knowledge is quickly renewal, competition for talent is aggravating .Education is developing from periodical to lifelong , from school-based to home-based and society-based too. School education,home education and social education are inseparable parts of the three;The cooperation becomes an important subject being valued in the world. At present,our society is being in the fierce and changeable transition period, young people's growth will meet more elements of certainty. Power of the time has propelled the profound reform of education, and has ended the lonely circumstances that lets the school education,the social education and the home education separate. Therefore, the educators are deeply launching practice and research in cooperation, creating the largest education efforts,building a new education ecology, and promoting the healthy development of children, the objective reality has become an important theory and the time's topic of practical significance.The research is widely analyzing the domestic and foreign related research literature , on the basis of the reality of Tai'an by the main method of questionnaire survey,which has worked out the survey of junior high school of home-school cooperation in Tai'an, the survey includes three questionnaires of teacher's,parent's and student's ,selects the larger four junior high schools, chooses cluster random sampling, carries out large-scale survey and study, who has obtained the first-hand information for writing papers, this is a solid foundation. Paper is divided into five parts: introduction, the meaning of home-school cooperation, the basic situation of cooperation of Tai'an junior high school,reasons and analysis of the problems and the countermeasures . The countermeasures are the focus of them.Through analyzing the result,the author has had the basic judgment to junior high school cooperation's condition in Tai'an: The two sides all have a certain understanding about it. The schools have carried out some useful exploration. But on the whole, the level is low, effectiveness is relatively poor too. There have six main problems: the first is attention to wisdom and morals is been neglected .The content of cooperation is narrow ;The second is that one-way instills more and two-way communicates less;The third is that the form is single and the fixed mode is parents' meeting; The fourth is lack of planning and systematic characteristic; The fifth is that the organization of cooperation can't achieve its function; the sixth is that the dominant position of students has been seriously neglected. The reasons have three, one is that the incorrect understanding on cooperation, the second is that families doesn't own the institution on incomplete educational rights, the third is that the school education is too authoritative. To improve effectiveness, the study believes that a new pattern of the trinity should be build around three of school education,social education and family education, from the school,the society and the family's level, using systems theory and other scientific methods. From a social level, the cooperation system should become the whole community's projects, including the full of social consensus, and improving institutional basis, the establishment of an independent organization of cooperation, the establishment of efficient mechanisms for education training; From the school level, they should fully display the leading role of education, integrate cooperation into the whole work, establish the models of home-school cooperation based learning community, focus on curriculum to develop function of the parents and emphasis on the role of the children; From the parents' level, they should fully give their own influence on education, including being good at learning, with a certain quality of education, creating a healthy environment on family education, using equal attitude towards children, becoming cooperation partners with school, assorting community work, creating overall educational environment of quality .The research focuses on improving the effective theme of cooperation, from the community,schools and parents, which has proposed 12 recommendations, fully absorbed the concept of the new curriculum reform, from the perspective in development of curriculum resources, carried out depth interpretation in developing parents and children of curriculum function, and clearly presented and discussed in the main body value of students in the cooperation value. These two points are the more domestic research that is the lack of a place, so this research has a certain value of innovation. At the same time, the study on regional educational practices is bound to lag behind the cooperation in order to improve status and bring benefits of Tai'an, and has produced positive significance at home and broad.
