Since the 1990s of the last century, with the China's economy has developed rapidly, the preschool education in China has become prosperity. However, at the same time, Kindergarten teachers'working and living conditions are not optimistic. Contradictions between limited time or energy and infinite working affairs have become increasingly prominent. This situation is not good for the teachers'professional development and the quality of nursing and education's promoting.Notable is, in the relevant investigations, teachers'survival state that is in the Private Kindergarten or Civilian-run Kindergarten is more serious than the public ones. Therefore, this article chooses to focus on the Private Kindergarten teachers group, using time management as the research visual angle, through documentary study, survey method and interview method, to card and explore the kindergarten teachers'time management concept, characteristics and kindergarten teachers'time management capacity, to investigate and analyze the time management actuality of kindergarten teachers:Pressing time is generally reaction of kindergarten teachers. The time of lesson preparation, introspection, discussions and communication is diverted. Educational and teaching activities can not be on time usually because of the emergency, and these problems have already affected the normal development of education and professional development of teachers themselves. Work overtime has become a kind of kindergarten teachers working habit. This is an industry characteristic of preschool education, and also, related to the inefficient or excessive workload on teachers.Most of the teachers wish to cherish the time, and hope to make full use of time resources to maximize effectiveness of their work. They want simple time management consciousness, and have better capacities both at the time of planning and allocation, and at the time of using and controlling. However, never has the system understanding and awareness of learning, resulting in teachers'time management behaviors have not been a sort of self-conscious, habits of time management skills. In the interference factors of kindergarten teachers'time management, the external factors, such as kindergarten management behaviors and parents'interferences, significantly greater than the internal factors.This paper points out the reasons behind the appearance of many problems, including preschool education sector has insufficient attention to the overtime work, the narrowing of overtime work is often understood as dedicated; Civilian-run Kindergarten facing the survival and stress, their managers need to further improve the quality of management, and the absent instructing of time management by kindergarten managers, these are the prominent reasons which are effecting the teachers time management's external factors. Teachers'own bad habits, unclear objectives, lack of planning, and when the work is not up to the low efficiency, etc. On this basis, this article puts forward relevant management advices for education department, kindergarten supervisors and individual teachers.Kindergarten teachers'time management involves teachers'own career happiness and the long-term healthy development of kindergartens, to change the Civilian-run Kindergarten managers'ideas, to improve their education management abilities are the fundamentality for reforming kindergarten teachers time management's actuality. Kindergarten teachers'time management is to achieve the ultimate goal of individuals, children, kindergartens, and the harmonious development of the trinity.
