After entering vocational schools,they have more time to freely control.They tend to indulge in socializing and playing games and waste their youthful years without knowing it.How to manage time is a decisive factor that directly affects the academic performance and quality of life.School,teachers and parents should also find the reasons for the current management of students and help them form the correct concept of time management and master the feasible time management skills.This study uses questionnaires to investigate the current situation of time management of 549 secondary school students of different genders,grades,academic systems,majors and family backgrounds.Interviews were conducted with 12 students,10 teachers and 8 parents.The overall status of time management of secondary vocational school students is moderate,and there are gender,grade,and academic differences.There is no difference in professional and family background.According to the current situation of time management of secondary vocational students,the author has carried out the reasons for the three aspects of school,teachers,family and students.The school atmosphere is poor,the curriculum,the teaching team and construction and system establishment are imperfect.Their families have little educational concepts,guidance,and knowledge about time management.In terms of their own,the self-value orientation of secondary vocational students is not accurate.they have weak sense of time,self-control and interest.This study believes that on the one hand,schools need to guide students to establish a correct view of time and recognize the value of time.On the other hand,from the perspective of curriculum planning,system establishment campus culture and teacher team building,teach students the knowledge and skills of time management.In addition,teachers should participate in time management training,improve professionalism,and work with parents to help students set goals,promote role model role in life,and always give encouragement and supervision.Finally,secondary vocational students need to enhance their sense of time management,learn time management methods,reasonably plan school time,develop reflective habits,and establish a virtuous circle.
