With the attention of society to early childhood education,people's attention to preschool teachers is also improving.Kindergarten teachers teach children aged 3-6and 7,who are innocent and mischievous.The particularity of kindergarten teachers 'work determines that they should attach importance to emotional management.Good emotional management is not only of great significance to preschool teachers' own physical and mental health,but also has a significant impact on young children.Young children are a multifaceted group,kindergarten teachers in the face of a class of young children,will inevitably encounter a variety of problems that disturb teachers' emotions,if kindergarten teachers can not timely or good management to regulate their emotional problems,in the long run,will inevitably affect the physical and mental health of teachers,but also prone to the problem of teachers ' emotional loss of control,Cause physical and mental harm to young children.Therefore,kindergarten teachers have a good and healthy emotional state,not only conducive to their own physical and mental health,beneficial to their career development,but also in the imperceptible to help children establish a healthy emotional management mechanism.The results of investigation and analysis showed that the mood of kindergarten teachers in Z city was good as a whole.The emotion of kindergarten teachers in the garden was closely related to the parents,the children and the work pressure.The results of the data survey show that the current situation of kindergarten teachers' emotional management ability is generally good.Among the four dimensions of kindergarten teachers' emotional management,the emotional expression ability is the highest,followed by the emotional recognition ability,and then the emotional application ability.Among them,emotion regulation ability is slightly lower than the other three items.The survey shows that the low ability of emotion regulation is related to the condition that teachers' working environment can't meet the needs of teacher's emotion regulation,and that the teachers have not mastered the methods of emotion regulation and have not mastered the method of emotion regulation.The method of regulating emotion,etc.In the test of difference,it is concluded that teachers' teaching age,teachers' position and teachers' professional titles havesignificant effects on the scores of kindergarten teachers' emotion in the garden.The differences of teaching age,position,title and school area have significant influence on the scores of kindergarten teachers' emotional management ability.The research finds that there are the following problems in the emotional management of kindergarten teachers: the average scores of kindergarten teachers,assistant teachers and three-level teachers within 3 years of teaching are the lowest;After 10 years,the average score of emotion in the garden decreased,the average score of emotion management was the lowest when the teaching age was less than 3years,and the ability of emotion recognition and expression decreased sharply when the teaching age was between 5-15 years,and the average score of emotion management was the lowest when the teaching age was less than 3 years.The position has a significant effect on the emotional management of teachers.The average scores of emotional recognition and emotional expression ability of the head teacher and grade leader are higher,but the average score of the head teacher's recognition and emotional expression ability are both high.At the lower end;grade 3 kindergarten teachers have the lowest emotional management scores.Kindergarten teachers in urban and urban areas have higher scores on emotional recognition,emotional use and emotional regulation than rural kindergarten teachers,but the average map shows that Kindergarten teachers' emotional expression score is higher than urban and urban teachers.Comprehensive questionnaire survey and interview records,The countermeasures of improving kindergarten teachers' emotion management are put forward as follows:First,improve the social support system,Promote the establishment of "inclusive" kindergartens,To improve the teacher-student ratio in kindergarten,Reduce the workload of teachers.Second,kindergartens should establish a humanized management system and a simplified assessment mechanism for teachers.Relieve teachers' stress both psychologically and physically.Third,teachers should raise their awareness of emotional management and correct their outlook on children.Master a variety of emotional management methods and flexible use.
