College Of Humanities Education In The Perspective Of Harmonious Society

In recent years, University humanistic education is one of the most concerned issues of higher education theoretical fields. It is theoretical and pertinent to study University humanistic education. During the recent ten years or so, our specialists and scholars made great effort in searching University humanistic education, and it bears rather good fruits. At the 4th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Party, the Party Central Committee submit the proposition of "to build a harmonious socialist society", currently, all across the nation people is study to implement the scientific outlook on development. In the Background of New Era, this thesis keeps abreast of the times, aims to study how to enhance University humanistic education under the new situation, and submits some viewpoints and ideas from theory and practice. The thesis consists of four parts as follows:Part One:Preface. Firstly, give the research background of advancing this question. Secondly, summarize the attention foreign countries paid to University humanistic education, the domestic research about University humanistic education and college students'cultural quality education. Lastly, elaborate some basic concept this article involves in, so as to give the definite connotation in the process of elaborating and to explain the problems clearly.Part Two:The humanism proposition of "to build a harmonious socialist society" is the foundation of the whole article. By understanding and analysis of the human culture thought reflected from the socialist harmonious society into four points:people-oriented development philosophy; the harmonious thought of harmony and balance; fairness, justice and freedom values; ethic and morality of honesty and friendship. Some new requirements are put up for enhancing University humanistic education in the new horizon. And this part is.the innovation of this article.Part Three:Analysis of University humanistic education. Firstly, through analyzing the relationship between university education and all-round human development, the article explains the importance of humanistic education from the height of the mission of universities. Furthermore, we then look into our deficiency and learn the experience on basis of our culture quality education in 1980s. Last but not the least, we analyze the exemplary cases and do questionnaire researches so as to get a closer look into college students human culture education and hence build the base for part four which leads us to find the right ways for the development of university humanities education.Part Four:Under the big environment of building harmonious society, the article puts its emphasis on exploring new ways for developing University humanistic education and indeed it is also the core value of writing this thesis. Insist on being human oriented, to build social and humanity environment by promoting fine traditional cultures; provide courses about humanities, build main channel of humanistic education; build campus culture, construct spirit home; take advantage of new positions of internet, and innovate ways of humanistic education, promote humanistic education from this four aspects and improve effectiveness of humanistic education.
