The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated:"Building a powerful nation in education is the basic project for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and education must be given priority." Teachers are the first resource of education.Entering the new century,with the overall advancement of basic education reform,China has taken a series of measures to strengthen the construction of teachers,especially the construction of teachers' professional ethics,and achieved certain results.Under the background that China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,developing and strengthening the quality of teachers,especially professional ethics,has become an important task to determine the development of talents and the construction of the new era.Therefore,analyzing the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers' professional ethics under the background of the new era,studying the existing problems and their causes,and proposing feasible solutions are of great practical significance for promoting the construction of our country's high-quality teachers and the cultivation of talents in the new era.Based on this,through theoretical research and on-the-spot investigation,this paper combed the research results on teachers' professional ethics at home and abroad,clarified the relevant concepts of teachers' professional ethics,analyzed the existing problems of teachers' ethics in primary and secondary schools in China from the aspects of honesty and honesty,love of post and dedication,teaching students according to their aptitude,analyzed the causes of the problems from the aspects of teachers' ethics system construction,teachers' ethics education and training,personal accomplishment,etc.,and put forward improvement suggestions from the aspects of teachers' ethics education,teachers' ethics system,teachers' ethics protection,etc.The research content and structure of this paper are as follows:The first chapter of this article focuses on the research background of teachers'ethics and promotion strategies in primary and secondary schools in our country in the new era.Through combing and discussing the research results of existing scholars,it puts forward the research purpose and significance of this article,and clarifies the research methods of this article.The second chapter of this article mainly sorts out and summarizes the specific connotation and practical characteristics of teachers' ethics in primary and secondary schools in the new era,and puts forward the specific content and practical significance of teachers' ethics construction in primary and secondary schools in our country.In the third chapter of this article,based on the on-the-spot investigation of the current situation of teachers' ethics in primary and secondary schools in Anda city,Heilongjiang province,the author puts forward the actual measures and achievements in the current construction of teachers' ethics in primary and secondary schools in China,and emphatically analyzes the specific problems and actual causes in the construction of teachers' ethics in primary and secondary schools in China.The fourth chapter of this article puts forward the corresponding feasible strategies from four aspects:the construction of teachers' ethics system in primary and secondary schools in the new era,the construction of teachers' ethics education in primary and secondary schools in the new era,the construction of teachers' ethics cultivation in primary and secondary schools in the new era,and the construction of teachers' ethics guarantee in primary and secondary schools in the new era.
