Primary and middle school education is the basis of national education,students are the future of themotherland, then improving the quality of the primary and secondary school teachers is our requirement.Teachers should not only have the solid specialized knowledge and professional skills, but also whosebehavior in the teaching must meet a certain ethical norm. Studying on the ethics of teaching not only helpsto improve the teachers’ ethics consciousness, but also play a positive role in promoting good educationenvironment and students’ healthy growth.The School Teachers’ Occupational Ethics Standard and Middle (primary) School Teachers’Professional Standards promulgated by the national education department, all of them put forward theethical standard requirement to the teachers’ teaching behavior in the classroom. But through the analysis ofthe existing study, it is easy to find that most of them are limited by the empty theory sermon, rarelycombined with teachers’ teaching practice in teachers’ professional ethics. So based on the reference of theprevious studies, this study uses the empirical research methods, such as classroom observation,questionnaire and interview etc, which investigates the present situation of teachers’ practice teachingethics on the classroom, and try to understand teachers’ dilemma when they fulfill teaching ethics, andfinally puts forward the solutions.Through searching and analyzing teaching ethics dimension of school teachers, this study divide it intoteaching justice, teaching democracy, the freedom and responsibility of teaching.Firstly, this study mainly investigates the present situation of teachers’ teaching ethics practice.Teaching ethics awareness of teachers and their teaching ethics practice in the classroom was investigatedby questionnaires to teachers and students. Found: the teachers cannot treat every student fairly, democraticteaching needs to be improved, the teachers still exist many problems in the teaching of freedom andresponsibility.On the basis of investigation, this study analyzes the teaching ethics dilemma deeply. In thequestionnaire of the school, the author random accesses to some classroom carried on the observation ofthese ethical problems and interview many teachers meanwhile. Through the investigation, analysis and summary, we found that the teachers practice teaching ethics dilemma have a lot of reasons: traditionalinfluences of teachers and students control culture, the impact of the social environment; teachers-studentsratios is slightly low in the school, teachers curriculum rights is insufficient, the teacher evaluation isunilateral; And teachers’ teaching ethics consciousness and replying ability is not strong and so on.Aiming to those teaching ethics dilemma that teachers reflect in the classroom teaching practice, thisstudy carries the analysis on the implement methods of practice of teachers’ teaching ethics. We attempt toput forward a creative ethical standard campus culture, improve the evaluation system of teachers, andstrengthen teachers’ teaching ethics education.
