| With the social economic development,people's living standards continue to improve,so the awareness of pursuitting of a healthy lifestyle increas rapidly , and the needs of health are rapidly increasing ,and the trend of public health is developmenting vigorously .Because of the large population growth rate ,sports facilities and public health do not match the speed, so the public health needs are not completely satisfing.Our sports facilities to meet the public's are serious scarcity ,and school sports facilities has not been fully used.School sports facilities open to the community can alleviate the shortage of sports facilities , promote the development of sports and expand the educational function ,etc.There are some advantages in resourcesthat the primary and high school gymnasium in JiNan make open to the public,which is essencial and significant.In order to find the resonable manage mode when these gymnasium make open to the public and give some useful suggestion,in this artical,we use document date,questionnaire investigetion,expert interview,mathemetical statistics and logical analysis to study the stuation of the opening of these gymnasium,SWOT mode and the problems when it makes open to the public and how to sovle them.The suggestions are given as followings after thorough analysis of the SWOT model:1,To reinforce the promotion of the importance attached to the opening secondary schools stadium for public. We should shift old perspective and endeavor to push the open of secondary school stadium.2,In order to allay the shortage of field for body-building, the government should make law to protect the right and duty of school.3,Secondary schools in Jinan ought to build relevant stadium management system and model, which constantly improve the capacity for the public, bringing about sustainable development to stadium.4,Secondary schools ,based on the its fact, should deliberately dispose all the conflicts resulting from open-up. |
