With the rapid development of science and technology as well as information of, We are entering information era; Human is stepping into the Information Age. In the traditional education training, we are only relying on memory predecessors'knowledge and experience, so the students can't integrate and innovate most important. Therefore, they find it hard to adapt to the modern the demands of the information age. However, the 21st century is required is research personnel and creative talents. The research-based study's value that the team based on virtual community is Cultivate students'comprehensive practice ability. Therefore, research study not only gradually become the education teaching reform of contemporary domestic and international hot, it also can be up to the mustard of the demands of the development of times.This research topic combine with the course "Learning Sciences and Learning Technology" that undergraduates majoring in educational technology in Information Technology & Communication College in Qufu Normal University, we put forward this research. Though the method of empirical and the theoretical research. First, we refer to the massive domestic and foreign literature; summarizes the domestic and foreign research present situation; then we find the implication and features as well as strength on the team the investigative study base on the educational virtual community. So we have some analysis. In order to identify the factors affecting the knowledge-sharing in education virtual community, we made a survey on the students who take parted the course of "Learning Sciences and Learning Technology". Therefore, we find some factors about based on the education virtual community of Team the investigative study. Then, we proposed some strategies for those factors. We apple it to the undergraduate students of 08 grade, and made an analysis for the effects.
