New professional farmer training is a powerful promoter of rural revitalization.Help to improve the overall quality of farmers and income generation.However,with the continuous evolution of the urban-rural dual structure,a large number of laborers have entered the city to work,and the feminization of agricultural production has become increasingly obvious.Rural women have gradually become the main role of rural production and life.By attracting them to participate in the training of new professional farmers to improve the level of human capital,the training of rural women to become a special force in the process of agricultural modernization is of great significance to rural revitalization.However,with the continuous evolution of the urban-rural dual structure,a large number of laborers have entered the city to work,and the feminization of agricultural production has become increasingly obvious.Rural women have gradually become the main role of rural production and life.By attracting them to participate in the training of new professional farmers to improve the level of human capital,they can gradually grow them into a new generation of forces in the process of agricultural modernization,and have important significance for rural revitalization.However,due to the restrictions of rural women 's own age,low education,diversified family roles,and dual role positioning,there are still some problems in rural women 's participation in new professional farmer training.From the perspective of self-determination theory,gender theory,and human capital theory,this study presents An in-depth analysis of the reasons for the failure to participate in the training found that the current status of rural women participating in the training of new professional farmers has the following problems,including low training participation rate,inability to meet the needs of training content and methods,outstanding homogeneity of training content,training time and family Production conflicts,training timeliness,etc.The main influencing factors of failure to participate in the training of new-type professional farmers are education level,health status and family labor intensity.Then,by constructing a binary logistic regression model,the intensity of factors affecting rural women 's willingness to participate in the training of new professional farmers is analyzed.The research results show that 10 factors such as age,education,health,and the ability to bear the pressure of production and life all affect to varying degrees.Finally,according to the degree of influence of various factors,it provides suggestions for rural women to participate in the training of new professional farmers.Mainly include: relaxing the age limit for training,strengthening the policy preference for rural women to participate in training,rural health insurance policies focusing on rural women 's health,laying a good foundation for training,establishing a lifelong education system,improving rural women 's self-awareness and actively participating in training Change the training content methods and time to meet the training needs of rural women,improve the training system for new professional farmers,and increase the publicity of training policies.
