The deviance of Junior school student in the classroom is a common phenomenon in modern teaching. It not only affects the normal teaching activities,influences teachers(?)teaching, but also affects the student's future development of socialization and interactive communication between teachers and students.The teacher and social should be focused. Therefore, establishing the junior high school students'classroom deviant behavior of research, especially a special group study——the students backward in studying,is to adapt the realistic requirement and future development needs. This research will help us to deepen understanding of the classroom deviant behavior, improve the middle school classroom teaching quality, enhance classroom teaching effect, for the construction of a harmonious relationship between teachers and students, good order of classroom teaching provide theoretical and practical significance in guiding.Middle school students in classroom deviant behavior is according to the deviant sociological theory and middle school students proposed the psychological development characteristics, refers to the students in the classroom, classroom rules violation occurred, destroying the classroom discipline and influence teaching effective actions. This research mainly adopts interview method, complementary with literature and participation observation, through choosing case for further exploration, the objective description learning behind raw classroom deviant behavior performance analysis, the study of lecture deviant behaviorbehind born causes by micro sociology of theory, combined with the student's own development law, think learning behind born of classroom deviant behavior is mainly due to the student's own unmet needs rather oneself in classroom deviant behavior of understanding unclear and interaction between teachers and the unreasonable result. Three cases of deviant influence factors mainly focus on the lack of teachers and students to interact, teacher authority and personal authoritative game and peer groups of influence. Classroom deviant behavior exist the universality and solve the urgency of can not be ignored. In seeking and analysis of the study backward born classroom deviant behavior of related measures, this study based on the actual situation, the author puts forward some corresponding measures:first to students'classroom deviant behavior for scientific estimates, in everyday teaching should fully utilize the label of the positive role, find classroom deviant behavior to adopt the classroom task orientation control behavior not blaming orientation, in addition, will constantly strengthen the interaction between teachers and students, harmonious teacher-student relationship.
