In recent years, the development of medium-sized vocational education has met unprecedented difficulty and question, face the severe test. Embody in concretely: First, the source of students is short. The majority medium-sized vocational school has met the severe challenge while they enrolled new students. Even if they tried out all kinds of methods, they can not finish the enrollment plan yet. Many schools can not even make up a class so they have to stop enrollment.Second, the quality of source of students drops suddenly. Most students shunted out from junior middle school, some has already graduated from junior middle school for a few years, even some students have not graduated yet from junior middle school. In order to enroll students, school has to low the minimum passing score again and again without thinking the quality of students. So most of medium-sized vocational school students have poor knowledge, poor learning ability, and theyhaven' t good learning habit, learning interest and learning purpose ......So a large number of backwards students appeared.The backward students have five following characteristics : (1) The poor knowledge. All the backward students do not have enough knowledge, which is a disadvantage for them to learn new content. (2) The obstacle in cognitive factor. The backward students' mode of thinking is rigid, so they can not adapt themselves to learning new knowledge. That is to say, the backward students can not control themselves successfully, so they are not good at adjusting their learning tactics. (3) The lower learning motivation. The backward students lack strong and longtime learning motivation, so they are not positive and careful enough.(4) The bad will for learning. Most backward students are lazy, so their independency and lasting in learning knowledge are not enough. They often scare the difficulties before them and do not have perseverance and willpower. (5) The lower evaluation about themselves. The backward students can not evaluate themselves objectively.
