| The psychological contract is a psychological link of the members andorganizations, used to describe the subtle interpersonal relationshipsbetween the organization and the members of the organization andinteraction state, on behalf of an informal, non-written form, theimplicit contract between the real. In university management, thepsychological contract is an on mutual common was the formation of mentalmanagement approach, is developed on the basis of the common goals ofstudents and schools, the consensus reached in the core value. Thetheoretical foundation of the one-way relationship point of view on thepsychological contract, with reference to the definition of the contentof students ’psychological contract by Marian Allen Claffey and Xiaoyun,the students’ psychological contract is defined as the students of itsschool the belief of the exchange protocol, the students a strongemotional measure, also expressed their promise and hope.Student satisfaction refers to the situation of the feeling of theperceived effect of the colleges and universities with their expectationsof school compared to students. Students in accordance with their own"internal standard" and "internal standard satisfaction" and theobjective environment in which colleges and universities to evaluate aschool learning and life with color ideas and views. In this study, themanagement of students, teachers and teaching, logistics, life, thelearning environment and facilities, work-study five indicators to assessthe satisfaction of the students in vocational colleges.Research1using exploratory factor analysis to Amendment thestudents’ psychological contract questionnaire for the investigation ofthe level of psychological contract and the status quo of Vocational andTechnical College in Guangzhou area. The study found that:(1) Guangzhouarea vocational students have a higher average level of psychological contract;(2)The level of psychological contract on gender, major, gradea significant difference, to the household, whether begotten twovariables were no significant differences.Research2using "Students Satisfaction Questionnaire†to measuringthe satisfaction of college students on the school, and studied therelationship between satisfaction and the psychological contract. Studyfound that:(1) of different professions and grade students’ satisfactionwith existence of significant differences in science and engineeringstudents’ satisfaction was significantly higher than liberal artsstudents, Freshman’s significantly higher than the sophomore;(2) thepsychological contract factor and total scores and student satisfactionwere significantly correlated;(3) students in the basic responsibilityof the students’ psychological contract and responsibility fordevelopment of two factors on student satisfaction has a positivepredictive role of the school’s responsibility for development of studentsatisfaction, negative to predict the role.Based on the above findings, combined with the characteristics of theGuangzhou area vocational colleges, student management made the followingrecommendations from the perspective of the psychological contract:(1)Schools work from the system specification change to the psychologicalnorms;(2) Build a good psychological contract (3) The students manageto change based on the psychological contract dynamics;(4) Create a goodeducational environment. |
