The talent whoes education cultivated is ultimately go toward society.Only to society,serve to society.The purpose of the education can achieve.But the supply of education to society must be valid,and the knowledge and experience, practice ability of the talent must be social need. While the society is actually need labour of human contain.This article use the view of the human capital theory,supply theory and take the pedagogy, Public service management of shaanxi normal university as an example, analyzes the professionals whether satisfy the needs of the community in quantity and quality. The letter divides into four parts.First,This part summary research contents of predecessors,describe the theory foundation and origin. One is to promote discipline talent employment, and the other hand is in order to promote the development of the discipline.So we can realize education and social win-win.This article take the graduates from 2005 to 2010 as the research object.We collect relevant data, teaching plan,and carry on the questionnaire survey to these sessions of the undergraduate. We want to pointed out the adaptability of talents to social needs from the two aspects of quantity and quality.Second,we analyzed the first flow situation of the pedagogy professional students.We analyzed the flow of graduates from year, industry and regional. Because the employment can explain the talent supply and social demand in quantity. And then we analyze the knowledge and experience,practice ability of pedagogy professionals according to the teaching plan.Next we analyse the social demand of pedagogy professionals from the aspects of professional qualification.Third.this part first analeses Talent surplus from the correlation of employment and unemployment.the perspective of utility theory.Then we use chi-square test and find that the need of pedagogy specialized talents and the number is relatively stable. Finally, according to the survey of current employees, we analyse talent's cognition of their social adaptability from working condition, school cultivating mode and talent literacyFourth,we put forward that develop pedagogy professional by the social orientation. It's Mainly includes control training quantity, improve training quality, strengthen the education of other subject basis and improving social practice ability.Only by doing this,the subject development and talents can adapt to the needs of the community.And the employment problems have naturally solved.
