Our social work career,though started late,but in recent years,especially after the promulgation and implementation of national policies,social work career has been rapid development of our country.Shenzhen as the forefront of the development of social work in today's China,but also a lot of social work professionals will undoubtedly become learning and preferred to go to work.However,behind Shenzhen social cause of the rapid development,but also the potential of the crisis,and that is the loss of a large number of social workers in Shenzhen,they either change jobs or switched to the neighboring cities of Shenzhen,engaged in social work,leading to "social worker shortage" appears.Shenzhen was supposed to be a vibrant social cause,why is there such a situation,I also full of doubt,in order to find the answer,they began to study this issue.Shenzhen as the forefront of the development of social work in China today,has the largest number of social institutions and a large number of professional social work professionals.The author of many classmates and friends are in Shenzhen engaged in social work career,which is to investigate and study the author provides a convenient,so I will be in Shenzhen as a sample investigation.The author mainly uses the interview and literature study on the loss of the status quo of social workers in Shenzhen comprehensive study by research data and information collected by reference,I believe that a large number of social workers in Shenzhen turnover mainly in three aspects: First,the scale of the loss level,the second level is the loss ratio,the third is the loss of direction dimension.Cause of this phenomenon is multifaceted,mainly in the following aspects: First,low remuneration,the second is social recognition is not high,the third is facing greater pressure of work,is the promotion of four small space,Fifth intense competition for talent.After analyzing the reasons for the loss of social workers in Shenzhen,for these reasons,the author puts forward some strategies and suggestions: First,the Government,to increase capital investment,improve the relevant system.Second aspect Social Work Association expand its efforts to increase interaction.Third,institutional,clear responsibilities,creating a comfortable working environment for the social worker.Fourth,social workers,to establish career planning,improve their professional skills.In addition,for the emergence of the shortage of social workers in Shenzhen,from the perspective of the author to reflect supply and demand,and to make an objective assessment of the current situation and the country's social development of Shenzhen prospected.
