The development and change of modem society have made the ideological and political education of universities face the challenges and opportunities at the same time, and both theoretical research or education teaching practice may all need to move towards a broader space. The hidden curriculum of ideological and political education research which is the necessary supplement of dominant courses of ideological and political education is in such a background get into the academic field of vision Whether the hidden curriculum of ideological and political education or the hidden moral curriculum are carried out,with the aim of improving the appeal,the effectiveness of the universities' ideological and political education work, research and practical exploration of this theory make the universities' ideological and political education gain great achievements, but also reflects some problems from the side, the more prominent problem is the purposefully and operability of the hidden curriculum of ideological and political education is not strong, the specific implementation process easily become a mere formality or "have a head no tail".To solve these problems, it is need us to perfect the hidden curriculum system of ideological and political education, especially for the system research of the curriculum resources which is been as the source and carrier of the hidden curriculum of ideological and political education. From theory to practical, the hidden curriculum of ideological and political education need improving, scientific and practical significance resources theory of the hidden curriculum of ideological and political education for support. This concept is a conclusion of various educational factors. It is not introduced to students directly. It is accepted and absorbed by students by themselves. It exists in school environment, human interaction and different social practice activities of college students in the forms of "latent" education purpose and "manifest" education method and process. The third chapter is about meaning and value analysis, it based on the combination of real to answer why to exploit the hidden curriculum resources of ideological and political education.
