Hidden curriculum resources are not only a kind of curriculum resource, but also a kind of education and teaching resource. It can provide all kinds of help which can be used in the process of teaching. In the class of primary and middle schools, hidden curriculum resources can be categorized into different kind according object, institute, culture and exchangeability. Due to that the hidden curriculum resources is not very clear, the students most of the time are influenced by it unconsciously and get the unintended results. Besides that, hidden curriculum resources are broad in place, mind-clearing and long-lasting. Not only to the students and teachers, but also the teaching, hidden curriculum resources is very worthwhile if it is used correctly.But in the real class in primary and middle school, hidden curriculum resources is not excavated thoroughly, most of it is wasted. The phenomenon of waste has two meanings: firstly it refers to that the existing hidden curriculum resources are not used at all;secondly, it refers to these hidden curriculum resources are not used reasonably and correctly, not produce any effect, on the other hand, it provide bad influence to the teaching. The waste of hidden curriculum resources not only set back the smooth teaching, the teaching quality and the harmonious development of student's ability, but also do harm to the exchange of feeling between students and teachers and the excavation of teacher's teaching potential. All in all, the phenomenon of hidden curriculum resources waste include: object-space waste, institution-organization waste, conception-culture waste, teaching-exchange waste and teachers-students waste. The reason for these phenomenons not only on traditional misunderstanding and objective circumstances but lay more on teacher's personal ability.Because of so much waste in using hidden curriculum resources, everyone in educational field should take action to cope with it, not just shift our opinion about it, clear our misunderstanding, make the most of hidden curriculumresources which is focused on our educational aim, but we should also give rational remarks to the effect of hidden curriculum resources in order to do better on it. The good employment of hidden curriculum resources can live without the effort of the teacher, for example, the teacher should better the ability of employing hidden curriculum resources, pay attention to "problem" resource in teaching, make the most of hidden curriculum resources in object and space, control the class atmosphere, build up the way through which students and teachers can talk equally, make harmonious teaching conditions, push communication in class.
