Hidden curriculum resource is the potential curriculum resource that provides various available conditions for school educational teaching.In school's music teaching,the hidden curriculum resource will exist in school and class teaching activities as well as in the textbook according to different forms.It may be unable to constitute the teaching content directly,but will influence the music teaching quality unconsciously which especially on students' appreciation habit,interest and hobbies,aesthetic ability,value and morals.It can be said that the music hidden curriculum resource bear the weight of important significance to improve the teaching quality,transmit music culture and offer deep aesthetic experience.Besides,the hidden curriculum resource features richness and insight of the presentation form and content,invisibility of existential form,usualness of influence process,aesthetic teaching content and bidirectional teaching result.If the teacher uses and develops it properly,it will produce very important significance.However,the investigation shows that the development and utilization level of hidden curriculum resource by music teachers in Xining middle schools is still at the primary stage,which mainly manifests the music teachers' insufficient understanding of hidden curriculum resource concept,directly resulting in music teachers' improper and incorrect development of some hidden curriculum resources.Taken the teacher as main part,this paper proposes the development idea and suggestion from the six aspects of material space,organization,system,culture,and interaction between teaching and learning,music teaching method and hidden curriculum resource in dominant curriculum which mainly set about from music teaching point of view.Based on it,this paper raises the basic ideas and countermeasure of hidden curriculum resource for middle school music teacher.From the perspective in proper use of music hidden curriculum resource,the music teacher should always overcome the teaching thinking set,definite the purpose of music lesson and positively evaluate the result by use of hidden curriculum resource to be the basic idea of the use of hidden curriculum resource.The detail countermeasures include:improvement of the music teachers' development consciousness for hidden curriculum resource,strengthening the cultivation of music teachers and improvement of the teachers' development and application ability for hidden curriculum resource,which sufficiently mobilize the students' life experiences with the combination of the focuses on dominate curriculum resource and hidden curriculum resource.
