Xinjiang is located in northwest of China, is one of the provinces comparatively typical northwest in xinjiang, therefore, the school sports development present situation, for example to study to enhance our country's middle school sports teaching has the vital significance. Xinjiang region including southern and border two parts. School education situation xinjiang, and many scholars have studied the nanjiang teaching situation, but little-known middle school sports. KuErLeShi is membership xinjiang nanjiang more representative, therefore, the study is one of the areas KuErLeShi school sports to promote the development of education in xinjiang have very important significance.This paper mainly KuErLe urban middle school, north four county high school, the high school south four county as the research object, mainly including KuErLeShi intermediary, KuErLeShi 2 to third, KuErLeShi KuErLeShi 4, KuErLe five, BaZhong, KuErLe huashan middle school, HeJingXian, senior high school, middle school, the county yanqi agency high school, middle school, hoxud county LunTaiXian middle school, WeiLiXian first high school, JuMoXian ReQiangXian middle school and high school. This study used the literature material law, expert interview, field investigation, logical analysis and KuErLe region of xinjiang middle school sports teaching of research and analysis, thus found some middle school sports education reform in the existing problems, especially in the new curriculum reform in the next middle school sports teaching problems, and then proposes s new curriculum reform in xinjiang region, promote the development of the school sports teaching.The results of the study indicate that:1. KuErLeShi of middle school sports teaching didn't have the leadership of school and local sports teachers equipped with attention, is relatively backward, sports equipment quite obsolete, the teacher continuing education and learning opportunities are small and the sports teaching school normal reach the ideal effect.2. Effect of KuErLeShi middle school sports teaching development are the major factors:local leaders insufficient attention sports curriculum; PE teachers don't understand the significance of the reform of the new physical education curriculum and essence; Schools of traditional "light weight wen" thoughts ultra-left; The school sports management system unreasonable; Sports funds and location equipment restriction; School leaders and sports teacher cannot effectively use our resources so that reasonable developing school-based curriculum and local course, etc.3. The main way to resolve the above problems are:first, to make school related leaders understand the importance of P.E. in publicity of physical education, the significance and role of physical education, thus increasing importance for the school. Second, strengthen physical teachers' professional ability and the quality of the training, change the traditional teaching thinking, training teachers to develop their own teaching resources and the ability of school-based curriculum, lets the student enough attention and more like PE class. At the same timewe should expand sports teachers introduce some highly educated, appropriate teaching talent experts, strong emphasis on the training and education teachers with action, inspire the students, so that students in physical education teaching conditions limited cases still like sports, to develop a sense of life-long physical education, lay a foundation for quality. |
