Training courses are to achieve the goals and specifications of the important way to implement the national education system, the link connecting the educational process. To foster physical education teachers as a major goal of physical education, whether its curriculum is reasonable or not is directly related to the success or failure of school physical education teacher and education. In recent years, many countries and regions are working on research of curriculum system reform and explore new training model and ways to develop the overall development of talent who can solve new problems creatively in the new century. Exploring the physical education curriculum reform is not only help promote the overall reform of school physical education, but also ensure the core of the quality and specifications in personnel training.This study of Xinjiang Five Physical Education Curriculum Status Quo Examination and the five institutions the third and fourth grade 331 sports undergraduate survey, using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey expert interviews, mathematical statistics and synthesize to investigate implementation of the existing curriculum program of Physical Education the Xinjiang region and suggestions and comments of student to get feedback in curriculum program. Combining with the Ministry of Education 2003, "University and College Physical Education Major Course Program", referring to Physical Education Training Program of outstanding domestic and foreign universities to explore reasonability of the Physical Education Curriculum in Xinjiang region in the of on the basis of curriculum reform of domestic and foreign universities to propose reform and strategies of Physical Education curriculum in Xinjiang. To provide some value for reference for building consistent with the times, adapting to the development of Physical Education Curriculum Framework for Physical Education of Xinjiang region, providing theoretical and practical guidance, developing personnel training programs, researching the development of the basis of geographical differences Standards in Training Teachers. Following conclusions:Xinjiang five school courses in the training objectives, training specifications, the overall hours of credit control, structure and content etc are consistent with "course program". To warding more courses, broadening the coverage of knowledge, focusing on improving social adaptability of students. However there are relatively large proportion of common course credit hours, a single subject area; Specialized units of credits required is low, the irrational structure; courses seek unity, geographical features is not prominent; classification of elective discipline is not standardized, the scope of the elective is narrow etc.The following recommendations:1.Integration of public courses to broaden knowledge;2.Refining professional courses, opening elective courses;3.Setting modular educational courses to enhance professional education of teachers;4.Innovating curriculum to implement the concept of "health first";5.Strengthening development of local curriculum, highlighting the geographical and ethnic characteristics.
