| The professional development of teacher is an important issue of educational and social development.80 years of the 20th century, with the rise of "reflection" boom in Europe and America, Countries began to promote teacher reflection as an important means of professional development. Meanwhile, China's new basic education curriculum reform demands teachers to be good at reflection. Through teaching reflection to pursue the reasonable of teaching practice and continuous improvement of their professional qualities, finally, become a reflective teacher. But in reality, there is some degree of bias in teachers' reflection on teaching, Mainly appear in the theoretical understanding of teaching practice and in education, finally, it results in inefficient or ineffective teaching reflection, can not be truly promotes teachers' professional development and healthy growth of students. Therefore, the research on effectiveness of reflective teaching becomes necessary.The study used Comprehensive literature study, questionnaire, interview and data analysis and other methods. The overall idea is:study based on previous research, through surveys and analysis of the effectiveness of teaching reflection concerning the current situation and existing problems, found the influential factors in the effectiveness of teaching reflection. Eventually, puts forward the proposals to promote the effectiveness of teaching reflection.The study is divided into five parts.The first part is an introduction, It proposed the research background of the effectiveness on teaching reflection, summarized the research methods and research significance and reviewed the status of teaching at home and abroad, on this basis, the author has presented own thinking of the previous results.The second part is the theory of reflection. Based on the previous research, the author first defined the concepts of reflection, reflective teaching, effectiveness and the effectiveness of teaching and so on; Second, discussed the three-dimensional target on effectiveness of teaching reflection:results goals, efficiency goals and productivity targets. Finally, analyzed the characteristics on effectiveness of teaching reflection. Including subjectivity, cooperation, development and practical. This part provides a theoretical basis for further research.The third part is the analysis of the reflection of teaching effectiveness. I chosed four primary and secondary teachers in Xi'an as the research object, issued questionnaires to them, and interviewed with some teachers based on the need of this paper. Finally, I make a more in-depth analysis of teachers self-awareness about their teaching reflection and reflective practice on cases of the teaching reflection of primary and secondary school teachers, and then explore the problems of teaching reflection in order to put forward some improveing methods.The fourth part is the the analysis of some factors that effected of the effectiveness of teaching reflection. Based on the investigation of the present situation, I analysis the factors that effected of the effectiveness of teaching reflection from the dynamic factors (internal) and supporting factors (external).In the fifth is some recommendations about improving the effectiveness of teaching reflection. Through a more comprehensive study on the effectiveness of teaching reflection, I put forward some recommendations in order to improve the effectiveness of teaching reflection,mainly from two aspects of the strengthening self-construction and the creation of good teachers teaching reflect environment. Based on this study, I hope that this paper can offer some recommendations of worth considering for the majority of teachers. |
