There is no doubt that teaching reflection can not only promote teachers’ professional development, improve the classroom efficiency, but also benefit to the students’ all-round development. Our country’s new curriculum reform also proposed the teacher should be able to reflect on themselves and strive to become a reflective teacher. However, in teaching practice, due to the lack of teachers’ teaching reflection theory knowledge and the various effects of objective environment, teachers’ teaching reflection is inefficient, mainly because there is a gap between the theoretical study and practice of teaching reflection, which make teaching practice can not be put in place, so are the biology teachers. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the study of theory and the practice, put forward the proposals are of great significance.The article’s writing is mainly through the methods of reading literature and questionnaire investigation launched on the effectiveness of biological teachers’ teaching reflection. On the basis of a lot of literatures, finding out the breakthrough point, with reference to primary and secondary school teachers’ professional standards written questionnaire from the nine aspects:reflection methods, reflection time, reflection views, reflection concepts, the implementation of reflection, reflection background, reflection action, reflection frequency, the meaning of reflection, the reflection’s influence factor. Analyzes the present situation of biology teachers’teaching reflection effectiveness as well as the existing problems and reasons, put forward the effective strategies to raise efficiency of biology teachers’ teaching reflection.This article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter is an introduction to teaching reflection, introduces the "reflection","teaching reflection" and other relevant concepts, and reflective teachers’ putting forward process. Generally summarizes the teaching reflection’s process and development in domestic and overseas.Foreign teaching reflection’s introduction is from the three aspects:the steps of teaching reflection、he level and the model of the teaching reflection.Domestic teaching reflection’s introduction is from the four aspects:the significance, the content and level, the forms and methods, and the influencing factors. Finally introduce the details of the contents of documents related to the biological teaching reflection strategy. The second chapter is the question’s putting forward. From these three aspects:the "middle school teachers’ professional standard" and the requirements of the new curriculum reform, biology characteristic, own teaching experience and the literature study.The third chapter is the current situation of biology teachers’ teaching reflection effectiveness survey, analysis the reasons behind the phenomenon and summarizes the results of interview.The forth chapter is putting forward the effective strategies to raise efficiency of biology teachers’ teaching reflection. From the subjective and the objective aspect, proposed to increase the efficiency of biology teachers’ teaching reflection strategy.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.
