Mathematics, as one of the cultural phenomena, has drawn many scholars attention. Researches relevant to mathematical culture have emerged from every aspect, which have become a new trend in the development of the international mathematics education. This essay, starting from the analysis of the necessity of the research of mathematical culture, mainly analyzed the present domestic and foreign states of the research on mathematical culture education.This essay gave a certain definition of mathematical culture from the angle of mathematics education, illustrated the characteristic of mathematical culture and cultural value of mathematics and probed into four effective ways in permeating of mathematical culture in the classroom teaching in high school, which are: to promote the mathematical culture research and reveal the cultural deposits of mathematics; to take mathematical culture as the carrier and emphasize the students ideological education; to carry on Multi-level mathematical cultural permeating and strengthen the cultivation of non-intellectual factors; to strengthen teaching in mathematical ways of thinking and realize the theme value of mathematical culture.Finally, this essay showed the implementation methods of the permeability of mathematical culture education from three aspects. With the history of mathematics as the carrier of mathematical culture education, with the application of mathematics as tentacles, with the beauty in mathematics as the guide, mathematical culture education will be carried on in the high school.Through the research on the mathematics cultural education of High school , some theoretical basis have been provided in my essay for the cultural education of mathematics; some practical case studies and feasible teaching behavior have also been provided for the implementation of mathematics ; some referable ways and ideas can be helpful for the composing of the textbook on the cultural content of Mathematics in the book of "standard".Hopefully, through these teaching cases in my essay, teachers can find a strong theoretical guidance to better penetrate into the teaching of mathematical culture in every aspect, so as to effectively change students'current attitude towards mathematics. Thus, students can effectively master the mathematical thinking and methods which will bring them lifelong benefits.However, more emphases have been put on theory in the most cases currently, so the research lacks systematicness and practicality, especially in the process. Such researches as emphasize the process are seen more often on university courses than on the teaching of high school. My research has been carried on not only through the combination of theory and teaching practice of multi-angle and multi-dimensional study but also through the combination of teaching materials and teaching contents, which is still rare in the studies on the mathematics cultural education of High school.
