Acculturation refers to the adaptation and integration of oneself into a new living environment, education and teaching environment, due to the contradictions and conflicts caused by the difference between the original working venue and new working place, between the regional culture of life and Shanghai culture of life, after teachers being introduced to Shanghai the introduction of teachers to come to Shanghai. Hereby acculturation falls into different fundamental facets, that is, the adaptation into general Shanghai school culture, introduced teachers'adaptation to the students of Shanghai, as well as the adaptation to the parents and society of Shanghai. Through questionnaires and interviews, the problems of Shanghai-introduced teachers with regard to their survival, life and professional development in Shanghai will be summarized and concluded, and the deeper reasons, namely, acculturation, will be tentatively explored. For a series of inadaptation problems, the author put forward hierarchical and secific principles for teacher training, and put forward strategies to train those teachers.Paper consists of three parts:The first part is basic research of this study. This study focuses on the origin, purpose and significance, research methods and thesis framework of this study and further comment on the status quo and the research trends of"adaptation","cultural adaptation","teacher's professional adaptation", and"teacher professional development stages"home and abroad; this part further elaborates the core concepts and research basis for this study.The second part is application research of this study, which is also a core part of this study. The focus is mainly put on problems of inadaptation for those introduced teachers and the reasons behind it. Through surveys, the in adaptation status quo and in adaptation problems for the primary and secondary school teachers will be analyzed and the underlying causes of this inadaptation will be explored. Meanwhile, hierarchical and secific principles of teacher training, and the training strategies will be put forth to solve the relevant problems.The third part is a summary of the thesis. The inadequacy of the study will be further stated and tentatively express my own ideas on the development and further study on the introduced teacher training.
