In the period of knowledge economy, talented person is the most important resource. Job Satisfaction is one person's general attitude to his own job. It will directly affect the development of his job initiative and creativity. For a university, introduced teacher is a key step for its construction and development. From the view of School Managerial Psychology we can take teacher's job satisfaction as an index to measure the teachers' attitude and upon it improve their motivation. Management with focalization will attain an effective result.The research selects the university's teacher as its object, probing the structure of teacher's job satisfaction and analyzing the state of job satisfaction. It is an expansion of job satisfaction's research and can develop the job satisfaction's theory in our country. The survey questionnaire used here can be used in the other schools of the same instance.This study utilize the style of questionnaire to investigate the introduced teachers from 1995 to 2000, then use the valid collected data to analyze the questionnaire's structure and the satisfaction degree of teachers. From the results we can work out the corresponding suggestions for the recruitment and management of the introduced teachers.The main parts of this research are:I . Document summary. This part reviews the researches of job satisfaction. It is the base of compiling the questionnaireII. Analysis of the questionnaire's structure. This part gives item analysis and factor analysis of questionnaire and illustrates its reliability and validity. The result shows a high reliability and validity of the structure we used.III. Result of job satisfaction. The main conclusions are: I Introduced teachers are satisfied in general and further to factors they are satisfied in feel of job, interpersonal relationship and subsidy of and subsidy of position, but unsatisfied obviously in job training and job condition. II When considering teachers' differences in sex, age, educational background, professional job title and institute branches, there are various degree of differences in satisfaction's results.IV. Discussion part. We should pay close attention to some questions according to the results we have got, such as the job training issue, dilemma of young teachers and long-term motivation.
