Employment And Moral Education Of College Students Study

Professional ethics education is an important issue among the present university student's moral education in our country, but it is also an issue which will be ignored easily. In the recent years, with the Chinese opening and reforming going deeper and the socialist market economic system establishing gradually and completely, the reformation of the student's employment system can provide more selective opportunities and employment ways, while bringing quit tough challenges to the university student's employment. The harsh employment condition for new graduates induces series of social problems, and it also tests the student's professional ethics. In the historic background of construction of harmonious society, enhancing the university student's professional ethics education will show its particular values of the age. The author of this paper consulted a large number of document literatures. This paper analyzes the existing problems and factors of the university student's professional ethics on the basis of sorting the present problems of college student's professional ethics. According to this, this thesis put forward a basic strategy in the college student's professional ethics education.This paper has been divided into four parts. Part 1,elaborate the reason, overview, approach of the research . Part 2, it presents and analyzes the significance of the professional ethics education, for instance, it's has ethical significance to constructing a harmonious society, practical significance to the orderliness of job market and improvement of the universities'employment rate, essential significance to talent selection, promotion of the education quality and the development of the college students. Part 3, through the investigation, systematic analysis and literature research, this part emphasizes on researching the college students and the professional ethics education. Based on the current situation, it analyzes the main problems and factors of the professional ethics of the college students, such as strong utilitarianism, weak service consciousness, lacking of devotion spirit and honest, over self-centeredness. Part 4, it presents a strategy for the present college student's professional ethics education: assist on the scientific principles of the professional ethics education of the college students, enrich the education content and increase the approaches of the education. The innovation of this paper is the influence of bad management of the universities and the moral cultivation problems of the teachers on the morality and professional ethics of the college students; it can lay a good foundation for the professional ethics through training the good professional ethics of college students, realizing the overall effects of society, college, family and university students themselves, improving their professional ethics level...
