More and more overseas students are choosing Chinese universities with the improving of Chinese economy and international status. It appears two trends that the number of overseas students aiming at academic degrees is rising and the level, structure and form of their learning have changed. Overseas students'education is paid more attention so that many higher institutes regard it as an important target of internationalization. Improving the quality of overseas students whose number is larger and larger is becoming more important. A few of years'education practices show that cultivating advanced and specialized talents is mostly decided by curriculum and instruction of universities. Therefore the core that improves the quality of overseas students'education is curriculum. However, recently domestic researches related overseas students education mainly focused on its policy, meaning, scale etc while lacking studying on curriculum so that there is not enough theory contributing on constructing curriculum of overseas students'education.Many ways is used in this thesis, such as material analysis, data analysis and is based on currculum theory of higher education to research curriculum of overseas students' education. Five chapters are existed in the thesis:The first chapter are the research significance and the situation of domestic and foreign overseas students'curriculum. The second chapter is to get a general idea of overseas students' attitude toward curriculum and instruction through analyzing the questionnaire. The third chapter refers to the goals, content, implementation and evaluation of curriculum. The forth chapter analyzes practicality of curriculum, connection between different curriculum components, freedom of course choice and internationalization of curriculum. The last chapter is the conclusion.
