Study impediment is always a focus by Educationists and Psychologists home and abroad; hence, how to enhance those study abilities seems worthwhile in reality and theory. The paper explores and analyses it by questionnaires, interviews and historical documents research. This paper is classified into three parts:the first part defines what study impediment is, including children with study impediment definition, general characters of children with study impediment and psychological personalities of those children; the second part elaborates reasons of those students' formation from aspects of society, school, family and students themselves; The third part of helping students with learning difficulties to study pre-service teacher training, including helping students with learning difficulties based on the Ability of teacher education reform, and the operation in XX Teachers College, last appeared on the practice of education problem, a corresponding educational recommendations.
