Residents In Urban Communities Participate In The Study

As China's socialist economy develops, Chinese urban communities has improved step by step. The research on the urban community has became a new key research. Pushing forward urban community democracy is the basic of the democratic society and democratic community. Community residents should play a hero role in the community development, and they should play the initiative in the community building process, then they can actually participate in the community events. The research on China's community research is still in its infancy. So it still needs the concert efforts of the scholars. In the guidance of the scientific theory, we can fundamentally enhance the residents'participation of the community events. The main frame of this paper includes four parts:First, it illustrates the relevant basic theory of the residents'participation, such as the New public participation theory ;Secondly, it describes the current situation of the participation in China community, such as the current participation mode; Thirdly, it summarizes the problems of the residents'community and analyzes the reasons of the problems in residents'participation and the mode of the residents'participation. Second, the paper has illustrated the reason of the problem of the city community residents' participation. The reasons for it include the following aspects: The community residents'organizations are not mature; the depth of the participation is not enough, the community residents'participation are uneven. The effect of the residents'participation is poor, lacking the institutional support. At last, the paper tried to study various ways to solve the problems. The countermeasures include the following aspects: cultivating the residents'civic awareness and the community belonging; improving the communities'law and regulations; establishing the communicating channels between the government and the residents. The committees, as an important sector of the community, should make the exact ways and monitoring systems.Strengthening the community's participation is a lengthy process, we should make efforts from both theory and practice aspects. We should continue to strengthen the theory research, with the guidance of the theory, the city community residents'participation will improve step by step.
