| In the context of the new era,in the face of increasingly complex social problems and diversified social needs,how to improve the level of grassroots social governance,and explore the construction of a new pattern of grassroots social governance with joint construction,co-governance and sharing,has become the focus and difficulty of current grassroots social governance.Residents are the core subjects of community governance,and promoting residents’ participation in community governance is a key step to improve the level of grassroots governance.In this regard,social work with the professional concept of helping others to help themselves and practical skills applied in the process of community governance will help achieve this governance goal.This article mainly collects information about residents’ participation in community governance in Q community by using interview method,observation method and questionnaire method.After analysis,the author found that the current problems of insufficient residents’ participation in community governance are mainly manifested in residents’ lack of awareness of participating in community governance,low willingness to participate,unbalanced participation in the structure of the main body,and deviation in motivation for participation.Furthermore,with the help of social work empowerment theory,empowerment is carried out at the three levels of community operation,social organization cultivation,and residents’ participation,so as to comprehensively solve the problem of residents participating in community governance.Finally,the author believes that by empowering residents,organizations,and communities,social workers can effectively stimulate residents’ awareness of participating in community governance,enhance residents’ motivation and ability to participate,and promote the development of community social organizations.The level of service of community workers.This has an important role in promoting residents’ participation in community governance. |
