The rapid change in motor skills in basketball makes the common participation on both sides of the body become more significant. With the development trend of modern basketball, the motor skills require athletes to change more flexible and varied. Also, the common participation on both sides of the body is an important premise of the changeful motor skills. During basic technical teaching in basketball, while one side of the body learns a basketball skill, the other side is also easy to master it, which makes sports skill transferring phenomenon occur between both sides of the body. In basketball sports, various movements were required common development of both sides, so bilateral transfer is more likely to happen here. So how to use motor skill migration on both sides scientifically in basketball technical teaching to improve the teaching quality of basketball skills has a very high research value.This study uses several research methods, such as literature method, questionnaire method, experimental method and statistical analysis to explore the order of both sides'body teaching in basketball, and look for evidence of contra lateral limb migration. It is also to compare the effect of lateral migration to understand the differences and contacts of each action items, so as to prove that the mechanism and solution for each action items occurring migration on the same side. From this study, we can make the following conclusions:First, discuss how to use motor skill migration phenomenon on both sides scientifically in basketball technical teaching to find the lateral ties between the teaching contents.Second, provide more scientific and reasonable theoretical basis for basketball technical teaching and training. So we can arrange Scientific and reasonable teaching schedule, organize teaching method, and strengthen the enthusiasm of skill migration in basketball technical teaching to improve the teaching effect.Third, we can get the conclusion from the experimental results:strengthening weak hand training can help basketball function comprehensive enhancement in basketball technical teaching.Fourth, the learning effect on the weak hand side first is better than that on the strong side in basketball technical teaching.
