Throughout most of the domestic sports teaching, training skills of weak side does not pay attention to the human body,do not pay attention to the transfer of motor skills, don’t understand the characteristics of migration, for most needs to be done on both sides of the body coordinated movement project, under this kind of practice result, eventually led to the unbalanced development of body movement skills on both sides, both sides strength development differences are growing. This thesis aims to study the characteristics of bilateral transfer in the process of skill learning.Through experiments,it verifies the effect of the sequence of exercise of the dominant side body and the weak side body in the teaching of basic football skills, and analyzes the rules of movement skill transfer. In the case of changing the training sequence of dominant and disadvantaged feet, the growth of students’ physical fitness and football skills,as well as their acceptance of this teaching method, provide reference for the teaching and training of relevant projects.According to the characteristics of the soccer program and combined with the characteristics of football teaching, when beginners motor skill learning,to apply bilateral transfer law of classroom teaching,by the method of documentation, questionnaire investigation, teaching experiments and mathematical statistics, ultimately through various tests, analysis of bilateral transfer law for beginners to practice football skills can achieve the effect.Taking two football interest classes in a middle school in Shihezi as the experimental subjects, the two classes were randomly divided into experimental class and control class. When practicing skills, the experimental class adopted the method of transferring from inferior feet to dominant feet, while the control class adopted the method of transferring from dominant feet to inferior feet.By comparing the two different teaching methods,Students’ physical fitness, football skill level and interest in classroom learning. Finally, through intra-group and inter-group analysis of the test scores of the two classes,it was found that the migration effect of inferior foot to dominant foot was better than that of dominant foot to inferior foot, and the following conclusions were drawn:1.There is bilateral transfer in skill practice, and the transfer is asymmetric. The transfer effect of inferior foot to dominant foot is better than that of dominant foot to inferior foot.2.In the correct and standardized skill teaching, the use of bilateral transfer teaching method, after strengthening the practice of the inferior foot, can produce positive transfer to the dominant foot, improve the football skill water,so as to reduce the difference between the feet, and promote the balanced development of the football skill level of both feet.3.in football training, first practice the skills of weak feet, strengthen the practice time of weak feet, can improve students’ sensitive coordination quality, reduce the occurrence of sports injury.4.In the learning of basic football skills, transfer training from inferior foot to superior foot can improve the atmosphere of students’ PE class and enhance their sense of pleasure and overall interest. |
