Shandong Province Traditional Wushu Current Situation And Countermeasures

As a big province which is rich in wushu, there are not only many kinds of wushu item, but also many wushu schools and many outstanding talents in Shandong province. From the ancient times to now it made a great contribution for the development of Chinese wushu. After the founding of new China, In order to promote the development of wushu, the relevant functional departments of the government and introduced a variety of policy measures and effective martial made wushu developed well. But, in the new social environment, from the traditional wushu itself to the development environment, traditional wushu is facing pressure and threats in many areas. Investigate the development of traditional wushu in contemporary problems, characteristics the factors affecting their development, and analysis of all factors which affecting the development of traditional wushu have an important significance.The article from their own characteristics, the problems encountered in the development and the living environment of traditional wushu aspects, take the development of investigation and analysis on traditional wushu.The article uses literature search,surveys by questionnaire and visit the relative departments, interviews with experts, statistical analyzing and etc. as its research methods. Take the college students, traditional wushu athletes in the Shandong Second Traditional wushu Competition and the traditional wushu enthusiasts as the samples in Shandong province 17 cities, obtains conclusions through statistical analyzing as follows:(1)The absolute majority of both contemporary university students and traditional wushu professionals think that traditional wushu is the precious cultural inheritance the quintessence in our country. Shandong province, as one of the origins and famous hometown of wushu is widely recognized by wushu enthusiasts.(2)University Students know less knowledge on the traditional wushu theory and local area understanding of traditional wushu item.(3)University Students in the Shandong province insist that there is no atmosphere for practitioners study traditional wushu, and even dying out, so it is lack of a good inheritance and development.(4)For the traditional, functional departments of Shandong Province is lack of scientific management, data collation and preservation of scientific norms.(5)According to the survey, more than half of surveyed university students in the choice of Taekwondo as a physical education program, the development of traditional martial arts had a greater impact.According to the result of survey, in order to solve the problem, we propose the following recommendations:(1)Traditional wushu is not only a sport, but also a variety of factors bearing the national culture. Therefore, it should take the traditional wushu as a cultural to inherit and develop.(2)For the university students know less knowledge of traditional wushu knowledge, so it should be make efforts to increase the promotion of way.(3)In the primary stage of traditional wushu, it should be increase financial input, and increase efforts to support the traditional wushu.(4) Universities and various wushu schools teaching traditional wushu should make full use of modern teaching media means to increase scientific education.(5)In order to formulate development policies of the traditional wushu, traditional WU reach to scientific standards, the traditional wushu information on government departments should strengthen and related information management.(6) Development of wushu in the region and projects should be combined with characteristics of their own reality, and learn taekwondo item etc. development and promotion of foreign experience(7)On theory, we will not only to increase its own research project of traditional wushu, but also to strengthen theoretical study and integrated with other disciplines of study.
