Since China implemented its reform and opening up policies, especially since Sino-South Korean diplomatic relations being made in 1992, China and South Korean associated in economic and culture increases, many South-Korea-owned factories invested in China's coast areas. Due to language and culture reasons, these factories attracted many Korean minorities in northeast of china ghetto migranting to seashore developed cities and South Korea's major cities. More and more migranting movements initiated many changes in production lifestyle, concept, family structure, ethnic population, living pattern and so on. We need to interpretation and analysis these changes in theory. This paper carries on the analysis to the migrant phenomenon adopting the perspective of ethno sociology and national demography, announces the rules and affects of migration movements.This paper is divided into four parts.The first part introduces the research background, including the reason and significance of this research, the basic theories and concepts, and the research methods and innovative points.The second part describes the migrant movements of people in Korean peninsula to the northeast of China, and the forming process of China's northeast ghetto.The third part adopting the perspective of ethno sociology and national demography describes since the reform and opening up policies Korean minorities migranted from the northeast of China, and announces the rules and affects of migration movements.The fourth part describes the positive and negative impacts which Korean minorities'migrant movement brought to Korean minorities society.
