Changes Of Rural Sports In The Northeast Since The Reform And Opening

The northeast region vast, fertile soil, is the most important commodity grain base in China, the attention of the majority of farmers in the northeast of physical and mental health is of great significance to the maintenance of China’s food security and building a well-off society. But because of the effects of climatic conditions, regional culture, economic factors, the development of rural sports in Northeast China is different from that of other regions of the country’s regional characteristics.This paper taking village till do case study as the research object, using the method of literature review and field survey method, since the reform and opening up till the village of rural sports, rural sports venues and facilities, guiding rural sports and rural sports organization and management were investigated in analysis.Based on the attributes impetus of development of the discipline and major historical events and marking policy as the time node, the change of northeast rural sports is divided for three stages, is the first stage: enter the early stage of reform and opening up(1978- 1994); the second stage: the implementation of national fitness plan stage(1995- 2005); the third stage: the construction of socialist new countryside stage(2006- present). Through the analysis of the factors on the change of the rural sports in each stage in the process, it is concluded that the northeast rural sports change characteristics, namely: the development of rural sports experienced boom and bust recovery course of development; participation in sports activities in the crowd from the merit to the participation of all citizens; sports field facilities gradually increased; guiding rural sports by apprenticed to active teaching; rural sports organization and management form experience he organization self organization of self-organization and hetero organization combined. And construct a Northeast regional characteristics of rural sports development mode, namely: to the village as a base for the development of rural sports activities; relying on development of regional culture tradition and modern combination of sports events; relying on local sports talent to drive the development of rural sports.By reason of till village sports vicissitudes of analysis, summarized the characteristics and mode of construction, in order for the development of rural sports at the present stage and future northeast provide a reference and explore with the local characteristics of the rural sports development to provide a reference model for the other provinces.
