Objective:This study from positive psychology perspective, learn the idea of happiness research at home and abroad, investigated the character and interaction of teaching efficacy, job satisfaction and happiness of primary and secondary school teachers, and further exploed the mediation of job satisfaction between teaching efficacy and happiness. Research purpose is to constructer theory and practical basis for enhancing the level of primary and secondary school teachers' happiness, and the eventelly aim is to enhance the well-being of teachers, stimulate the working enthusiasm of teachers and bring more happiness and success for students.Methods:This study used literature review and questionnaire survey methods, based on a large number of relevant documents, and measured 435 primary and secondary school teachers by Teaching Efficacy Scale, teacher job satisfaction scale and mutiple well-being scale. All data were analysed by SPSS13.0 and LISREL8.70 statistical software.Conclusion:(1) there is a rising trend on teaching efficacy with teaching experience increaseing in general. and there is a significant school type (elementary, middle and high school), teaching experience differences. For the teachers'personal teaching efficacy, there was aslo had a growing trend with teaching experience increasing, and diferent school quality, age, teaching experience had significant different. But the commonly education efficacy have with seniority decreasing trend, and there is a significant differences on school quality(focus and general), school type, age, teaching experience.(2) Teachers' job satisfaction level is low in general, and there is a significant difference on school quality and teaching experience(3) The primary and secondary school teachers are in a higher level of mutiple happiness, but there were significant gender differences and academic qualifications difference; On subjective well-being teachers there are also significant gender differences; mental well-being of teachers had significant differences on age and educational background.(4) Teachers' general teaching efficacy and job satisfaction were significantly negatively correlated. Teachers' personal teaching efficacy were significant negative predicted mutiple job satisfaction.(5) Teachers' general teaching efficacy and mutiple well-being was negatively related. But Teachers' personal teaching efficacy were significant positive predicted mutiple job well-being.(6) Teachers'overall job satisfaction and mutiple well-being had a significant positive correlation. Teaching and general satisfaction could significant positive predict the overall well-being, but the staff dimension of satisfaction was a significant negative predictor for the mutiple happiness.(7) There is a significant positive prediction between the dimension of teaching and general efficacy and job satisfaction and the happiness.(8) Overall job satisfaction of teachers was a fully mediator between genereral teaching efficacy and subjective well-being, but between the multiple teaching efficacy and mental well-being which was played a part of mediate effect. Apart from this, there was no singnificant midiator among all factors.
