Female Students In The Perspective Of Gender Theory Ideological And Political Education

In the 10 years, "Gender", as a very important concept, plays an important role in promoting gender equality, development and peace to the international community. In the present stage, since the diversification of the interests of social relations, significant differences of the characteristics, the pursuit of social justice appears more urgent and important. With the rapid development of higher education, the number of female students is gradually increasing, while the problems and contradictions appear also on the rise, so the ideological and political education work is faced with the new challenges. Combining with domestic and international research on gender education, gender of theory in the perspective of ideological and political education of female students, this paper tries to apply "gender" of theory to the ideological and political education in the field of female students from a new angle, then to explore the feasibility of organic integration of the two sides, finally to seek a new breakthrough in the ideological and political education.In this study, firstly expatiates ideological and political education of female students for the system of interpretation, the main discussion is in two hands: on the one hand describes the concept, objectives and content of ideological and political education of female students; on the other hand, analyze the characteristics of the female students under the influence of traditional gender consciousness and its causes are further explored.Secondly, this study describes the concept of gender and basic content to start, and further introduce the concept of gender education and basic requirements. Then it analyze the influence of Gender theory to the female's ideological and political education from two way: firstly, gender education is the specific needs of ideological and political education of the female in high school; secondly, gender education is the requirements of ideological and political education of the female students under the gender theory.Finally, this study explored three aspects of gender theory, as the threshold Maid realization of ideological and political education path, including: firstly, adding gender for the female students of education to university courses; secondly, strengthening the education related to those Content of gender training for the pedagogues; thirdly, exerting female college students to play the role of self-education.
